All holding deposits are recorded against the booking in the main journel leger, so you don't have to transfer funds within BookingTrust when the booking is finalised.
BookingTrust handles cancelations, booking charges, linen, wifi, cots & extra beds - all built into the system. Guest charge are passed directly to the management disbursement at the end of the month. These can be added ad hoc, automated or pulled down from your PMS as part of the booking.
