Enter your own rates for 3rd party booking fees and choose how they’re handled. We keep control of your 3rd party channel fees for Booking.com, VRBO, Airbnb and Homeaway, so you're not out of pocket

Owner Logins

Connect directly with an optional owner login. Your owners can download statements and view all their current bookings.

Disbursing Fees

Once the booking is complete and the money released, you can disburse fees to yourself (and the owner) anytime during the month. Owner statements are automatically emailed with links to any uploaded receipts, at the end of the process, simply upload the ABA file to your banking programme.

We’ll help if you get stuck. We can login and monitor your account in real-time. We provide email and phone software support as part of the monthly subscription. We also have property accountants on our staff in case you need accounting support

Holding Deposits

All holding deposits are recorded against the booking in the main journel leger, so you don't have to transfer funds within BookingTrust when the booking is finalised.

Handling Extra Charges

BookingTrust handles cancelations, booking charges, linen, wifi, cots & extra beds - all built into the system. Guest charge are passed directly to the management disbursement at the end of the month. These can be added ad hoc, automated or pulled down from your PMS as part of the booking.

Daily Updates

Daily syncing of bookings and properties to your PMS, plus the ability to sync at any time. Bookings can be refreshed if there are any late minute changes, ensuring all your data is accurate.

Flexible management fee structure setup

Whatever your fee structure, we'll be able to set it up for you. Our global fees can be overridden on a property or client basis and can be based on percentages of income, flat fees per booking, room night or per person and all chanel fee automatically generated.

Clear easy to read owners' statements

Owners statements are clearly detailed for each booking and associated costs. Fee are broken down into fees and charges, so the owner can clearly see the difference between money you earn and money needed to run the property.

Deposit and bond management

If you take security deposits for bookings on all or some of your properties, BookingTrust is able to keep track of the receipts and payments of the deposits, saving you time and the hassle of keeping separate records.
